제 1 장 총칙

제 1 조 (목적)

이 약관은 대한민국 비자포탈 사이트(www.visa.go.kr, 이하 당 사이트)가 제공하는 서비스의 이용조건 및 절차, 이용자와 당 사이트의 권리, 의무 그 밖에 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제 2 조 (약관의 효력과 변경)

이 약관은 당 사이트가 그 내용을 화면에 공지하고 당 사이트 이용자(이하 “이용자”라 한다)가 그 내용에 동의함으로써 효력이 발생한다.
당 사이트의 이용에 관하여는 이 약관을 우선적으로 적용한다.
당 사이트는 이 약관을 사전 고지 없이 변경할 수 있다.
변경된 약관은 당 사이트에 공지하여 이용자가 확인할 수 있도록 하여야 하며, 변경된 약관은 공지와 동시에 그 효력이 발생한다.
당 사이트는 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않는 회원에 대하여 회원가입을 취소할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관에 동의하지 아니하는 회원은 회원탈퇴를 할 수 있다.
회원이 약관 변경 이후에도 당 사이트를 계속 이용할 경우에는 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주한다.

제 3 조 (관계법령)

이 약관에서 명시되지 아니한 사항은 출입국관리법 및 동법 시행령∙시행규칙, 전기통신기본법, 전기통신사업법, 정보통신윤리위원회심의규정, 정보통신 윤리강령, 프로그램보호법 및 그 밖의 관련 법령의 규정에 따른다.

제 4 조 (정의)

이 약관에서 사용하는 용어의 정의는 다음과 같으며, 본 약관에서 정의하지 않은 용어에 대해서는 당 사이트 내 개별서비스에 대한 별도약관이나 이용규정에서 정의하는 바에 따른다.

비자 포털 : 대한민국 비자를 신청하는 외국인, 외국인을 초청하는 기업, 대학, 유치기관, 대행기관 등 모든 이용자에게 비자에 대한 정보를 제공하고 전자적인 방법으로 비자 또는 비자발급인정서의 발급을 신청할 수 있도록 지원하는 정보통신망(출입국관리법 시행령 제7조의2) 또는 전자민원창구(출입국관리법 시행령 제94조의3)를 말한다.
이용자 : 본 약관에 따라 당 사이트가 제공하는 서비스를 이용하는 자
회원 : 당 사이트에 자신에 관한 정보를 제공하여 회원 가입을 마친 개인(국민, 외국인 불문) 또는 사업자로서 당 사이트가 제공하는 서비스를 이용할 수 있는 자
회원가입 : 당 사이트가 제공하는 양식에 따라 가입신청 내용을 등재하고 이 약관에 동의하여 당 사이트 이용계약을 완료시키는 행위
회원 아이디 : 회원임을 확인하기 위하여 회원의 신청에 의하여 당 사이트가 승인한 문자, 숫자, 특수문자의 조합
비밀번호 : 이용자와 회원 아이디가 일치하는지를 확인하고 회원의 비밀을 보호하기 위하여 회원이 선정한 문자, 숫자, 특수문자의 조합
회원탈퇴 : 회원이 이용계약을 종료시키는 행위

제 2 장 서비스 제공 및 이용

제 5 조 (이용계약의 성립)

당 사이트 이용계약은 회원가입 신청자가 이 약관에 동의하고 당 사이트가 제공하는 양식에 따라 가입신청 내용을 등재함으로써 성립한다.
당 사이트는 다음 각 호에 해당하는 경우 그 사유가 해소될 때까지 이용계약 성립을 유보할 수 있다.
1. 서비스 관련 제반 용량이 부족한 경우
2. 기술상 장애 사유가 있는 경우
회원은 자유롭게 회원 탈퇴를 할 수 있다.
회원 탈퇴를 하더라도 비자(비자발급인정서) 신청과 관련된 내용은 삭제되지 아니하며, 회원이 작성한 게시물은 회원 탈퇴 전에 본인이 삭제하고 탈퇴할 수 있다.

제 6 조 (회원정보 사용에 대한 동의)

당 사이트는 회원가입 시 이용자가 당 사이트에 등재한 정보를 수집할 수 있다.
회원이 당 사이트에 이용계약을 완료한 경우 당 사이트에 등재한 정보를 당 사이트가 활용하는 것에 동의하는 것으로 간주한다.
당 사이트는 초청자(기관)인 회원이 비자 신청 외국인에 대한 초청확인을 해야 하는 경우, 비자신청 외국인의 요청에 따라 해당 외국인에 대한 정보를 초청자(기관)에게 제공할 수 있다.

제 7 조 (회원가입 취소)

당 사이트는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자에 대하여 회원가입을 취소할 수 있다.
1. 다른 사람의 명의를 도용하여 신청정보를 허위로 기재하거나, 허위서류를 제출하여 부정한 방법으로 서비스를 이용하는 경우
2. 다른 이용자의 개인정보를 수집 또는 저장하는 행위
3. 기업회원의 사업장이 휴∙폐업 등 사유로 정상 운영되고 있지 않은 경우
4. 기업회원의 대표가 임금체불, 인권침해 등의 사유로 처벌받은 전력이 있거나 출입국관리법 위반으로 초청 제한 대상자에 해당하는 경우(출입국관리법 시행규칙 제17조의3 제2항 제1호 내지 제7호에 해당하는 자 등)
5. 대한민국의 이익이나 공공의 안전, 경제질서나 사회질서를 해하는 정보를 등재한 경우
6. 해킹, 컴퓨터 바이러스 유포 등의 방법에 의하여 서비스 운영을 고의로 방해한 경우
7. 타인의 특허, 상표, 영업비밀, 저작권, 기타 지적재산권을 침해하는 정보를 등재한 경우
8. 당 사이트의 승인을 받지 아니한 광고, 판촉물, 스팸메일, 피라미드 조직 그 밖의 다른 형태의 권유 등 정보를 등재한 경우
9. 당 사이트에 등재된 정보를 상업적인 목적으로 사용한 경우
10. 기타 이 약관이나 관계법령에서 정한 사항을 위반하는 등 회원자격을 유지시키는 것이 부적합하다고 인정될 만한 상당한 이유가 있는 경우
제1항의 취소로 인하여 발생하는 책임은 회원본인이 부담한다.
제1항에 의하여 자격이 박탈된 회원에 대해서는 회원 재가입을 일정기간 제한할 수 있다.

제 8 조 (이용자에 대한 정보변경)

각 회원은 회원정보의 관리를 위하여 필요한 경우 자신의 회원정보를 변경할 수 있다. 다만, 당 사이트는 회원정보의 중요한 변경이 있을 경우 변경사항을 입증할 수 있는 서류의 제출을 요구할 수 있다.
당 사이트는 회원이 제7조 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 회원이 등재한 정보를 사전통지 없이 변경∙삭제 할 수 있다.
제1항의 변경∙삭제로 인하여 발생하는 불이익은 회원본인이 부담한다.

제 9 조 (서비스 이용시간)

당 사이트 이용시간은 업무상 또는 기술상 특별한 사정이 없는 한 연중무휴, 1일 24시간을 원칙으로 한다.
당 사이트는 정기점검 등을 이유로 필요한 경우 제1항의 이용시간을 달리 정할 수 있다.

제 10 조 (서비스의 중지 및 중단)

회원은 당 사이트에 보관되거나 전송된 정보 등이 국가비상사태, 정전, 당 사이트 관리 범위 외의 서비스 설비장애 및 불가항력 등에 의하여 변경되거나 전송∙저장되지 못하였을 경우 당 사이트는 책임을 부담하지 아니 한다.
당 사이트는 서비스 변경, 점검 등을 위하여 일시적으로 서비스를 변경 또는 중지할 수 있으며, 이 경우 서비스 중지 1주일 전에 고지하여야 한다. 다만, 부득이 하거나 경미한 경우에는 위 사전 고지기간을 감축하거나 생략될 수 있다.
당 사이트는 제2항의 서비스 변경 또는 중지에 의하여 변경되거나 전송˙저장되지 못한 정보에 대하여는 책임을 부담하지 아니 한다.
당 사이트의 사정으로 서비스를 영구적으로 중단하여야 할 경우에는 제2항 및 제3항을 준용한다. 다만, 이 경우 사전고지 기간은 1개월로 한다.

제 11 조 (서비스의 제한 및 금지)

당 사이트는 제7조 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 회원에 대하여는 임의로 서비스 이용을 제한하거나 금지할 수 있다.
제1항의 제한 또는 금지로 인하여 발생하는 책임은 회원본인이 부담한다.

제 12 조 (정보 제공 및 홍보물 게재)

당 사이트는 필요하다고 판단되는 경우, 각종 정보나 홍보물을 등재하여 회원에게 제공할 수 있다.
당 사이트는 타 행정기관의 사이트와의 회원정보 통합관리를 위해 필요한 경우에는 회원정보를 타 행정기관에 제공할 수 있다.

제 3 장 의무와 책임

제 13 조 (당 사이트의 의무)

당 사이트는 관계법령과 이 약관이 금지하거나 미풍양속에 반하는 행위를 하지 않으며, 계속적안정적으로 서비스를 제공하기 위해 노력하여야 한다.
당 사이트는 수집한 회원정보를 이 약관에서 정한 목적으로만 활용하며, 회원의 승낙 없이 제3자에게 누설하거나 배포하여서는 아니된다. 다만, 「개인정보 보호법」 제18조제2항에 해당되는 경우 등 다른 법률에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우에는 예외적으로 개인정보를 목적 외의 용도로 이용하거나 이를 제3자에게 제공할 수 있다.
당 사이트는 관계 법령이 정하는 바에 따라 회원정보를 보호하여야 하고, 회원정보 보호를 위한 보안시스템을 갖추어야 한다.

제 14 조 (회원의 의무)

회원 가입 시 요구되는 정보는 정확하게 기입하여야 한다.
회원은 이미 등재한 회원정보가 정확하도록 유지하고 갱신하여야 한다.
회원은 자신의 ID 및 비밀번호를 제3자에게 이용하게 해서는 아니 된다.
회원은 당 사이트의 사전승낙없이 당 사이트에서 제공하는 서비스를 이용하여 어떠한 영리행위도 할 수 없다.
회원은 당 사이트를 이용하여 얻은 정보를 당 사이트의 사전승낙 없이 복사, 복제, 변경, 번역, 출판, 방송 기타의 방법으로 사용하거나 이를 타인에게 제공할 수 없다.
회원은 당 사이트 이용과 관련하여 다음 각 호의 행위를 하여서는 아니 된다.
1. 다른 회원의 ID를 부정사용하는 행위
2. 범죄행위를 목적으로 하거나 그 밖에 범죄행위와 관련된 행위
3. 선량한 풍속, 기타 사회질서를 해하는 행위
4. 타인의 명예를 훼손하거나 모욕하는 행위
5. 타인의 지적재산권 등의 권리를 침해하는 행위
6. 해킹행위 또는 컴퓨터바이러스의 유포행위
7. 타인의 의사에 반하여 광고성 정보 등 일정한 내용을 지속적으로 전송하는 행위
8. 서비스의 안전적인 운영에 지장을 주거나 줄 우려가 있는 일체의 행위
9. 당 사이트에 게시된 정보의 변경

제 15 조 (회원의 정보보안 책임)

회원의 ID와 비밀번호에 관한 모든 관리책임은 회원에게 있다.
회원의 ID나 비밀번호가 부정하게 사용되었다는 사실을 발견한 경우에는 즉시 당 사이트에 신고하여야 하며, 신고를 하지 않음으로 인한 모든 책임은 회원 본인에게 있다.
당 사이트 이용자는 당 사이트 사용종료시 마다 정확히 접속을 종료하여야 하며, 이의 불이행으로 인하여 발생하는 피해에 대하여 당 사이트는 책임을 부담하지 아니한다.

제 16 조 (저작권 및 정보에 대한 책임)

회원이 등재한 정보의 내용에 대한 권리는 회원본인에게 있으며, 당 사이트는 회원이 등재한 정보의 신뢰도 및 정확도에 관하여 책임을 부담하지 아니 한다.
회원이 등재한 정보가 타인의 저작권 등 권리를 침해함으로써 발생하는 모든 민˙형사상의 책임은 회원본인이 부담하여야 한다.

제 4 장 기타

제 17 조 (당 사이트의 소유권)

당 사이트가 제공하는 서비스, 그에 필요한 소프트웨어, 이미지, 마크, 로고, 디자인, 서비스명칭, 정보 및 상표 등과 관련된 지적재산권 및 그 밖의 권리는 대한민국 정부에 소유권이 있다.
회원은 당 사이트가 명시적으로 승인한 경우를 제외하고는 전항의 소정의 각 재산에 대한 전부 또는 일부의 수정, 대여, 대출, 판매, 배포, 제작, 양도, 재라이센스, 담보권 설정 행위, 상업적 이용 행위를 할 수 없으며, 제3자로 하여금 이와 같은 행위를 하도록 허락하여서는 아니 된다.

제 18 조 (양도금지)

회원은 당 사이트의 이용권한, 그 밖의 이용계약상 지위를 타인에게 양도하거나 증여할 수 없으며, 이를 담보로 제공할 수 없다.

제 19 조 (면책조항)

법무부는 당 사이트를 통해 제공되는 서비스와 관련하여 이용자에게 어떠한 손해가 발생하더라도 그 손해의 발생에 대해 법무부 또는 위탁관리자의 과실 여부와 관계없이 법령이 허용하는 범위 내에서 이에 대하여 책임을 부담하지 아니합니다.
법무부는 천재지변 또는 이에 준하는 불가항력으로 인하여 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 경우에는 서비스 제공에 관한 책임이 면제됩니다.
법무부는 회원의 귀책사유로 인한 서비스 이용의 장애에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제 20 조 (관할법원)

당 사이트의 서비스 이용과 관련하여 발생한 분쟁에 대해 소송이 제기될 경우 서울중앙지방법원 본원을 전속적 관할 법원으로 한다.

제 5 장 부칙

제1조 (시행일) 본 약관은 2014년 11월 1일부터 시행한다.

General Terms and Conditions

Article 1 (Objective)

The objective of the terms and conditions is to regulate the conditions and procedures of utilization of the services provided by the Visa portal of the Republic of Korea (www.visa.go.kr, hereinafter “this website”), as well as the rights and obligations of users of this website

Article 2 (Effectiveness and change of terms)

The terms and conditions take effect upon agreement by the user of this website (hereinafter “user”), as notified on the screen of this website.
For the use of this website, the terms and conditions apply with the highest priority.
This website can change the terms and conditions in advance and without notice.
Changed terms and conditions must be made known to users of this website for them to read and will take immediate effect upon notification.
This website can cancel members’ registration for not agreeing with the changed terms and conditions. Members who don’t agree with the changed terms and conditions can withdraw their membership.
It is assumed that a member agrees to the changed terms and conditions if they continue using this website.

Article 3 (Related laws)

Any details that are not mentioned in the terms and conditions follow the Immigration Control Law (and the Enforcement Ordinance / Regulation of the same law), the Telecommunication Framework Act, the Telecommunications Business Act, regulations from Korea Internet Safety Commission, the Information Communication Ethics Code, and the Computer Programs Protection Act as well as other related regulations prescribed by law.

Article 4 (Definition)

Any terminology not defined in the terms and conditions follows the definition of additional terms and conditions or regulations of the individual services of this website.
The definition of terminology used in these terms and conditions is as follows:

Visa portal : The electronic application service that provides information about visas, and electronically supports application for a visa or a visa issuance certificate to all users including foreign nationals applying for a visa of the Republic of Korea, companies inviting a foreign national, universitie, and agencies.
User : A person who uses the services provided by this website in compliance with the terms and conditions.
Member : An individual (native/foreign national) who has provided his/her personal information to this website to complete member registration, or a business operator who is eligible for the use of the services provided by this website.
Member registration : The activity of agreeing to the terms and conditions, and registering in accordance with the form provided by this website to complete the utilization contract.
Member’s ID : The combination of letters, numbers, and symbols that are approved upon the member’s request to verify himself or herself.
Password : The combination of letters, numbers, and symbols selected by the member to verify whether it matches with the member’s ID and to protect the member’s personal information.
Member withdrawal : The activity of terminating the utilization contract.

Provision and Use of Services

Article 5 (Establishment of the utilization contract)

The utilization contract of this website is established upon the user’s agreement to terms and conditions and the registration in accordance with the form provided by this website.
This website can postpone the establishment of the utilization contract until the following issues are resolved.
1. Lack of capacity related to services
2. Technical difficulties
Members can withdraw freely.
Details with regards to application for a visa (or visa issuance confirmation) won’t be deleted upon withdrawal, and the member can delete the material he or she has posted before withdrawal.

Article 6 (Consent on usage of member’s information)

This website can collect information registered by the user during member registration.
Completion of the utilization contract by the member of this website is considered as the member agreeing to the utilization of the registered information by this website.
This website can provide the inviting person (organization) with the foreign applicant’s information upon the applicant’s request for the conformation of sponsorship.

Article 7 (Cancellation of member registration)

This website can cancel the user’s membership registration for falling under any one of the following categories:
1. Illegal use of someone else’s name to register false information or submit false documents to use the services illegally.
2. Collecting or saving personal information of another user.
3. In the case in which the place of business of a corporate member is not being operated due to shut down or temporary closure.
4. In the case in which a representative of a corporate member is limited with invitation for delay in the payment of wages, human rights abuses, or violation of the Immigration Control Law [Immigration Control Law, Article 17(3), Clause 2 Issue 1 or 7].
5. Posting information that harms the social/economic systems, public safety, or benefits of the Republic of Korea.
6. Intended disruption of the service’s operations by hacking, computer virus distribution, etc.
7. Posting information that infringes on another’s patent, trademark, confidential business information, and other intellectual properties.
8. Posting unapproved advertisements, promotions, spam mails, or the recommendation of pyramid selling.
9. Commercial usage of registered information on this website.
10. When it is reasonable to end one’s qualification as a member for violating these terms and conditions or other related laws.
The member is responsible for any disadvantages that result from the cancellation of member registration described in Clause 1.
Member re-registration may be restricted for the members whose membership has been cancelled in accordance with Clause 1.

Article 8 (User information changes)

Each member can change his or her personal information for management purposes. However, for important changes of one’s personal information, this website can demand the submission of documents containing sufficient proof of such information.
For a member who falls into any one of the issues stated in Article 7, this website can change/delete one’s registered information without prior notice.
The member is responsible for any disadvantages that result from changes/deletions as described in Clause 1.

Article 9 (Service hours)

In principle, service is always available 24/7, unless business/technical reasons arise.
This website can alter the service hours as described in Clause 1 for reasons such as regular maintenance.

Article 10 (Discontinuation and halt of service)

This website is not responsible for the loss or change of member’s information, or the failure to send member’s information in cases of an emergency, blackout, or technical difficulties.
This website can halt services due to a change in services or maintenance, and there shall be a notice posted one week in advance of such a halt. In the case of unavoidable circumstances, the notice period can be reduced or omitted.
This website is not responsible for the loss, change, or failure to send member’s information due to a discontinuation or halt of services described in Clause 2.
Clause 2 and 3 apply to cases in which this website has to permanently shut down its services. For such a case, the time of notification will be one month in advance.

Article 11 (Restriction and prohibition of service)

This website can arbitrarily restrict or prohibit the use of services for members where applicable for any of the issues described in Article 7.
The member is responsible for any disadvantages that result from the restriction or prohibition described in
Clause 1.

Article 12 (Information provision and promotional publication)

If desired, this website can provide registered members with various information or promotional materials.
This website can provide other govermment agencies with members’ information for the purpose of integrated management with the agencies.

Obligations and Responsibilities

Article 13 Obligations of this website

This website is obligated to make efforts to provide stable service consistently, and may not engage in any activities that are prohibited by these terms and conditions or related laws or harm traditional customs.
This website may only utilize the collected members’ information for the purposes stated in these terms and conditions, and is prohibited from distributing such information to a 3rd party without members’consent. Applying the Privacy Protection Act Article 18(2) or under special regulations from other laws, however, this website can, as an exception, utilize members’ personal information, or provide a 3rd party with members’ information for purposes other than those stated in the terms and conditions.
This website must comply with the law for the protection of members’ personal information, and must implement a security system for the protection of the information.

Article 14 (Obligations of the member)

All required information for registration should be entered accurately.
A member should renew his or her information when necessary in order to keep it up to date.
A member should not allow a 3rd person to use his or her ID and password.
A member, without being granted permission in advance, cannot seek profit through the use of the services provided by this website.
A member, without being granted permission in advance cannot utilize (copy, reproduce, modify, translate, publish, etc.) or provide others with information gathered from this website.
A member, with regard to the usage of this website, is prohibited from behaving in any manner stated in the following list.
1. Illegal use of another member’s ID
2. Criminal activity or criminal intent
3. Harming social systems or traditional customs
4. Insults or defamation
5. Infringement of rights or intellectual properties of others
6. Hacking, or the distribution of a computer virus
7. Continuous delivery of the same information (advertisements) as opposed to other user intentions
8. Any activity that will threaten the safe operation of services
9. Changing any information posted on this website

Article 15 (Member’s responsibilities for information security)

All responsibilities belong to the member for the safekeeping of his or her ID and password.
Upon noticing any illegal use of a member’s ID or password, the member should immediately report such activity to the website. The member is responsible for any disadvantages that result from not making a report.
A user of this website must sign-out every time he or /she is done using this website, and this website is not responsible for any disadvantages due to the non-fulfillment of the above.

Article 16 (Responsibilities for copyrights and information)

All rights of information posted by a member are reserved the member, and this website is not responsible for reliability and accuracy of information posted by a member.
A member should be responsible for all civil/criminal penalties that result from the member’s infringement of others’ rights such as copyrights.

Others

Article 17 (Ownership of this website)

The government organization of the Republic of Korea owns the intellectual properties and other rights related to the services, software needed for the services, images, marks, logos, designs, names of service, information, and trademarks provided on this website.
A member, unless this website overtly approves, must not modify, rent, loan, sale, distribute, manufacture, hand-over, re-license, establish security rights, or use for commercial purposes the intellectual properties described in the previous clause, and must not allow a 3rd party to behave as stated above.

Article 18 (Transfer prohibition)

A member can’t transfer or give utilization rights (and any other status/position) to another person, and neither can they provide such activity for a pledge.

Article 19 (Indemnity clause)

This website has no responsibility to assure or accurately represent any idea or the information presented through its service, and doesn’t approve or oppose the ideas presented by its members or a 3rd party/person.
With regard to the services that are provided free of charge, this website is not responsible for disadvantages that result from the members’ intentions or mistakes.
This website is not responsible for any monetary/goods transaction through the service, between members or between a member and a 3rd person. Moreover, this website is not responsible for any expected profit with regard to a member’s usage of its service.

Article 20 (Competent court)

Seoul Central District Court is the exclusive competent court in the case of the filing of a lawsuit for a conflict that occurs due to service utilization.

Supplementary provision

Article 1 (Enforcement date) these terms are enforced beginning on the 8th of December, 2014

第一章总则

第一条(目的)

本条款是以规定大韩民国签证门户网站(www.visa.go.kr以下简称”本网站”)所提供的服务使用条件及步骤，用户和网站的权力、义务之外所需要的事项为目的。

第二条(条款的效力和变更)

本条款在网站把内容发布到界面上，本网站使用者(以下简称”用户”)同意其内容时生效。
本网站优先适用此条款。
本网站不发任何通知可自行变更其网站条款。
为了使用户确认变更后的条款，将会在本网站上公布, 变更后的条款在发布的同时生效。
本网站有权对变更条款后不同意的会员进行取消会员资格或会员退出处理。
会员在条款变更后继续使用此网站的，将可视为同意已变更的条约。

第三条(相关法令)

本条款中没有明示的内容将依据《出入境管理法》及该法实施令、实施规则，《电子通讯基本法》、《电子通信事业法》、《信息通信伦理委员会审议规定》、《信息通信伦理纲领》、《程序保护法》及此外相关法令的规定。

第四条(定义)

本条款中的用语定义如下，此外本条款里未定义的用语将遵从本网站对个别服务的另行条款或者使用相关规定。

签证门户 : 是指向申请韩国签证的外国人、邀请外国人的企业、大学、引进机构、代办机构等单位及个人提供签证相关信息，而且也是通过网络可申请签证或者签证发给认定书的情报通信网 (出入境管理法实施令第7条2)以及电子申请窗口(出入境管理法实施令第94条3)。
用户 : 根据本条款使用网站服务的用户
会员 : 向本网站提供个人信息并完成注册的个人(国籍不限)或者可享用本网站服务的相关企业
注册会员 : 填写本网站的申请会员表格样式，并同意本条款即可完成网站使用合约的行为
用户名 : 为了便于核实会员身份，申请会员时本网站允许的文字、数字、特殊文字的组合
密码 : 确认用户和账号是否一致，并且保护会员隐私而设定的文字、数字、特殊文字的组合
会员注销 : 会员结束使用条款的行为

第2章服务提供与利用

第5条(确立使用协议)

本网站的使用协议，由申请人同意本条款并按照网站样式填写注册信息后即可成立。
出现下述情况时，直至问题解决，本网站可保留使用协议有效.
1. 本网站服务器超载的情况
2. 有技术故障的情况
会员可自主注销会员。
即便注销会员，签证（签证发给认定书）相关的申请内容也不会被删除，会员所登载的内容可在本人注销会员前删除。

第6条(同意使用会员信息)

允许本网站收集用户注册会员时所记录的信息。
会员同意本网站使用条款，将被视为允许网站使用其会员的相关信息。
邀请人(机关)如需对申请签证的外国人进行邀请确认，本网站可按照申请人的要求将其信息提供给邀请人(机关)。

第7条(取消会员资格)

凡出现以下任意一项情况时，本网站可以取消会员资格。
1. 盗用他人名义填制虚假申请信息或以提交虚假文件的不正当手段使用服务的情况
2. 收集、存储其他用户个人信息的行为
3. 企业因停业等原因无法正常运营的情况
4. 企业会员代表因拖欠工资，侵犯人权等原因受过处罚或者违反《出入境管理法》导致入境邀请权利受限的情况（符合《出入境管理法实施规则》第17条第3款第2项第1至第7号的人员等）
5. 上传的信息有损韩国的利益或者公共安全、经济秩序或者社会秩序的情况
6. 通过黑客、电脑病毒等传播方式故意妨碍服务正常运营的情况
7. 上传的信息侵犯他人的专利、商标、营业机密、,版权、其他知识产权的情况
8. 未经许可登载广告、宣传材料、垃圾邮件、传销组织以及其他形态的诱导信息等情况.
9. 网站登载的信息用于商业目的的情况
10. 违反了条款或相关法令条款上所规定的内容，认定已不符合继续维持会员资格的情况
因第7条第1款取消会员资格所引发的责任，由会员本人承担。
根据第一项条款被取消会员资格的，将会一定期限内限制重新注册会员。

第8条(用户的信息变更)

会员必要时可变更本人会员信息。但，如果会员信息有重大变更时，本网站可能会要求会员提交相关证明材料。
会员的行为符合第7条任意一项时，本网站将不提前通知会员并对其登载的信息进行变更或删除。
因第一款的变更、删除所带来的损失将由会员本人自行承担.

第9条(服务使用时间)

除了业务、技术上有特殊情况的情形外，本网站工作时间全年无休，1天24小时运作。
本网站以定期检查为由必要时可另行规定第一项的使用时间。

第十条(服务停止及暂停)

本网站所保管或传送的信息，因出现国家紧急状况、停电、超范围所致服务设备故障、不可抗力因素等而导致信息变更、丢失或传送失败的情况，网站概不负责。
为了提升网站服务，本网站可暂时变更或暂停其服务，这种情况需在暂停服务的前一周发出通知。但，特殊情况（不得已或者简单维护）可缩短或取消告知期限。
由第2项的服务变更或者暂停所发生的信息未能及时发送、保存的，本网站一概不承担责任。,

第3章义务及责任

第13条( 本网站义务)

本网站收集的会员信息仅限此条约所规定目的使用，未经会员允许不得向第三人泄露或散播。但，如符合《个人信息保护法》第18条第2款等其他法律有特别规定的情况，可以其他目的使用或者提供给第三方。
本网站会依据相关的法律法规来保护会员信息，并且网站应具备保护会员信息的安全系统。

第14条(会员的义务)

注册会员时应正确填写个人信息。
会员应定期更新会员信息，使其准确无误。
禁止会员将自己的账号及密码提供给第三方使用。
未经网站允许会员不得利用本网站平台进行商业活动。
会员未经允许不得将本网站信息复制、翻印、变更、翻译、出版、播放等方式使用或提供给他人。
会员在本网站不得进行如下行为。

第15条（会员信息安保责任）

会员账号和密码由会员本人全权负责管理。
如发现会员账号或密码被盗用，应立即向本网站举报，未举报所致责任将由会员本人承担。
网站用户每次操作结束应点击会员退出，未正确操作所发生的损失，本网站将不承担责任。

第16条（对于版权及信息的责任）

会员对本人登载的信息享有专属权利，本网站对会员登载的信息的真实性、准确性不承担责任。
会员登载的信息侵犯了他人版权等权力所引发的所有民事、刑事上的责任将由会员本人自行承担。

第四章其他

第17条（本网站所有权）

第20条（管辖法院）

关于本网站服务使用时所发生的争议提出诉讼时指定首尔中央地方法院为专属管辖法院。

第五章附则

第一条（实施日期）本条款于2014年11月1日正式实施。
