센터소개

• 법무부에서 설립한 글로벌인재비자센터는 대한민국 최대 관문인 인천국제공항(제1여객터미널,제2여객터미널)에 위치하고 있으며, 외국인 전문인력과 투자자에게 이민행정 관련정보를 방문상담 및 전화상담을 통해 편리하게 제공하고 있습니다.

업무범위

• 1. 맞춤형 출입국행정서비스 지원
• • 투자이민 상담, 사전심사, 투자금 송금, 출입국지원 등 투자에 필요한 모든 절차
  • 출입국ㆍ외국인정책본부 소관업무를 중심으로 외국인의 사회 적응에 필요한 행정 및 생활관련 상담 업무
  • 외국인등록, 체류기간 연장, 체류자격 변경 등 비자 관련 업무
  • 이용대상 :
    - 전문인력(체류자격 D7~D9, E1~E7)과 그 동반가족(F3)

About Global Talent Visa Center (GTVC)

• Global Talent Visa Center (GTVC) is first introduced and operated by the Ministry of Justice and is located both at passenger terminal 1 and 2 of Incheon International Airport which is the main transport hub of Republic of Korea. For those professional foreigners and foreign investors, they can visit or contact GTVC to get immigration services more conveniently and easily.
• Global Talent Visa Center (operated by the Ministry of Justice) offers ONE-STOP SERVICE in multi languages (Korean, English, and Chinese) for foreigners. One-stop service refers to providing all necessary counseling services including visa related matters for talented foreigners as well as immigrant investor scheme procedures.

Scope of Service

• All necessary investment procedures such as pre-investigation, wiring investment capital, and immigration affairs etc.
• Global Talent Visa Center mainly offers counseling services within the extent of Korea Immigration Service’s remit such as administrative and civil affairs for foreigners residing in Korea, to develop their social adjustment to new environment.
• Providing counseling service for visa status (alien registration, visa extension, change of visa status, etc.)
• Applicable for:
  - foreigners holding D7 to D9 / E1 to E7 as well as their family members.
  - foreigners seeking jobs in other professional fields (holders of D10 visa)
  - foreign investors applying for F2 and F5
