1. 대상 및 제출서류
ㅇ (신청대상) 대한민국 재외공관에서 비자를 발급받았으나, 비자발급 신청 시
  1) 제출했던 여권이 훼손되거나
  2) 유효기간이 경과되어 여권을 재발급 받은 경우에는 반드시 재외공관에 변경된 여권정보를 신고하여야 합니다.
  * 변경된 여권정보가 기재된 비자발급확인서(비자포털 출력)을 소지하여야 대한민국 입국이 가능합니다.
ㅇ (제외대상) 여권을 분실하여 재발급 받은 경우에는 재외공관에 직접 방문하여 비자를 재발급 받아야 합니다.
ㅇ (제출서류) 기존 여권의 인적사항면, 신규 여권의 인적사항면 => 스캔 후 첨부파일로 제출

2. 결과 확인
ㅇ 원칙적으로 여권정보 변경 신청 시 1주일 이내 신고가 수리(재외공관 사정에 따라 절차가 지연될 수 있음)되며,     이 경우 비자포털 “진행현황 조회 및 출력 화면”에서 인적사항(신규 여권번호, 성명, 생년월일)을 입력하여
비자발급확인서를 새로 출력하실 수 있습니다.
ㅇ 서류 보완이 필요한 경우 재외공관에서 연락할 예정이니, 연락처(전화번호, 이메일)을 정확히 기재하여 주시기
    바랍니다.
ㅇ 허위 사항 입력 시 비자 취소 등 향후 출입국이 제한될 수 있습니다.

1. Those subject to Reporting and the Required Documents
ㅇ (Those subject to Reporting) After you are granted a visa by a Korean diplomatic mission,
    you are required to report changes in your passport information to an overseas Korean embassy or
    consulate in case you have your passport, which you have submitted for visa application, reissued
  1) due to damage to your passport, or 2) expiration of passport validity.
  * You should carry and present a visa grant notice (printable at KOREA VISA PORTAL)
   specifying changes in your passport information to be permitted to enter the Republic of Korea.
ㅇ (Exceptions) In case you had your lost passport reissued, you are required to visit an overseas
    diplomatic mission in person to reissue a visa.
ㅇ (Documents required) Personal information pages of both your old and new passport
    => Scan and submit the attached file

2. Check Results
ㅇ Application to change passport information takes less than a week to process, in principle
   (can be delayed depending on circumstances of diplomatic missions).
   And a visa grant notice can be printed out on “Check Application Status and Print” at the KOREA VISA    PORTAL by entering your personal information (New passport number, name and date of birth).
ㅇ Please make sure to provide correct contact information (Phone number, e-Mail) as you may be
    contacted by a diplomatic mission for supplementary documents.
ㅇ Providing false information can lead to immigration restrictions including cancellation of visa.

1. 申报对象及所需材料
ㅇ（申报对象）在韩国驻外使领馆获发签证后，申办签证时提交的护照因损毁或者有效期届满的原因补发、
    换发的，需要向韩国驻外使领馆办理护照信息变更登记。
  * 只有持有标记新护照信息的韩国签证签发确认书（可在韩国签证门户网站打印）的人员，才可入境韩国。
ㅇ（例外对象）护照遗失补办新护照人员，需要亲自前往韩国驻外使领馆重新办理签证。
ㅇ（所需材料）旧护照、新护照个人信息页 => 扫描后以附件形式提交

2. 结果查询
ㅇ 申请人提交护照信息变更申请，韩国驻外使领馆原则上自申请之日起一周内受理
   （根据各使领馆实际情况，受理办理时间会有所延迟），申请人此后登录大韩 民国签证门户网站，
     点击“查询/签发”-“办理进度查询及打印”，输入身份信息
    （新护照号码、姓名及出生日期）即可打印新的韩国签证签发确认书。.
ㅇ 请正确填写您的联系方式（电话号码及电子邮箱），以便韩国驻外使领馆认为需要补充材料时同您联系。
ㅇ 如有虚假申报，将会被限制出入境韩国，包括原有签证作废等。
