1. Those subject to Reporting and the Required Documents
ㅇ (Those subject to Reporting) After you are granted a visa by a Korean diplomatic mission,
you are required to report changes in your passport information to an overseas Korean embassy or
consulate in case you have your passport, which you have submitted for visa application, reissued
1) due to damage to your passport, or 2) expiration of passport validity.
* You should carry and present a visa grant notice (printable at KOREA VISA PORTAL)
specifying changes in your passport information to be permitted to enter the Republic of Korea.
ㅇ (Exceptions) In case you had your lost passport reissued, you are required to visit an overseas
diplomatic mission in person to reissue a visa.
ㅇ (Documents required) Personal information pages of both your old and new passport
